“Cognitive Hypnotherapy is an evidence-based, solution-focused approach that enables me to draw upon a range of proven techniques and tools, tailored to each individual, to support them in achieving meaningful and lasting change.”
Cognitive Hypnotherapy combines elements of hypnosis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to help clients overcome challenges, build resilience, and achieve their goals.
I trained with Trevor Silvester, founder of Cognitive Hypnotherapy, at The Quest Institute, based at Regent’s University London.
Hello, I’m Natalie
I support neurodivergent children, teenagers, and adults to feel calmer, safer, and more confident in themselves. Through a combination of nervous system regulation techniques, Cognitive Hypnotherapy, NLP, and practical, tailored support, I help clients navigate everyday challenges, social situations, workplace dynamics, and uncertainty while developing greater confidence, resilience, and self-worth.
My Story
I was diagnosed with Dyslexia at the age of 16 after struggling throughout much of my education without understanding why learning felt so challenging. Once I was introduced to the right tools and strategies, I began to thrive in further education and beyond.
Living with Dyslexia has given me a deep understanding of the challenges many neurodivergent individuals face. It has also inspired my passion for supporting the Dyslexic and wider neurodivergent community to develop self-esteem, confidence, resilience, and a stronger sense of self-belief. I work with Autism, ADHD, Dyspraxia and Dscalculia.
Professional Experience
Alongside my one-to-one client work, I regularly deliver presentations and workshops on mental health, neurodiversity, confidence, and wellbeing for charities, schools, and corporate organisations.
I also contribute blogs, webinars, and talks for neurodiversity support communities and have worked closely with the Helen Arkell Dyslexia Charity to help raise awareness and support fundraising initiatives within the Dyslexic community.
In November 2023, I delivered a webinar on self-esteem, confidence, and mindfulness, available to watch via the Helen Arkell Dyslexia Charity.
I work with younger children on a case-by-case basis following an initial consultation involving both the child and their parent or caregiver.
Areas of Support
I work with clients in the following areas:
· Anxiety, overwhelm, and OCD
· Confidence coaching, including self-esteem and public speaking

· Interview and exam preparation
· Managing and overcoming unhelpful habits

Client Feedback
“Natalie worked with my dyslexic teenage daughter on her anxieties and lack of self-belief. She listened carefully and with empathy and provided tailored recordings and EFT techniques that my daughter continues to use regularly. I would highly recommend her.”
“I sought support from Natalie for anxiety outside my comfort zone and difficulties managing anger. From our first conversation, I was impressed by her warmth, professionalism, and genuine desire to help. Through a combination of face-to-face and online sessions, Natalie provided practical techniques that I continue to use successfully. I would thoroughly recommend her to anyone seeking support.”
