Naomi Dinneen

I’m a qualified physiotherapist registered with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and the Health and Care Professions Council. I undertook a Masters in Advanced Neuro-Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2015.

In my 14 years of experience I have worked with people from all walks of life including sports enthusiasts, home executives and those suffering from long term conditions. I have helped manage patients with acute sporting injuries, long-term conditions and post-operative recovery in private practices in Harley Street, London and Perth, Australia.

Having suffered with neck, shoulder and back pain associated with hyper mobility, I was inspired to start Pilates by one of my physiotherapy colleagues. I was excited by the rapid benefits to my posture, strength and the improvement in my favourite hobbies (walking, skiing, sailing). I have now taught Pilates as a physiotherapist for 14 years following extensive training at the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute.

I use myofascial release, joint mobilisations, soft tissue work and Kinesio-taping alongside the provision of a clear, goal centred home exercise programme. This unique combination of skills and experience allows me to assess your injury or condition and adapt your rehabilitation to work towards your tailored goals. I work with a team of medical and allied health professionals, Nutritionists, Acupuncturists and Personal Trainers to ensure an integrated approach to your health.
