Mike is an Osteopath and massage therapist. He graduated from the London School of Osteopathy and has additionally amassed over 20 years of experience working in the health and fitness industry. During this period Mike has acquired many skills and qualifications that enable him to offer a truly integrated approach to his management plans. He has gained experience in training, treating and rehabilitating people with a wide range of fitness goals and musculoskeletal injuries.
Mike prefers to incorporate a diverse range of osteopathic techniques based on the patient’s presentation and preference. This enables him to offer a truly bespoke treatment experience and management plan. Mike predominantly favours a more direct structural approach but also integrates a wide variety of indirect and cranial sacral techniques when required. His skills are well suited to helping people manage an array of musculoskeletal complaints as well as conditions such as sciatica, thoracic outlet syndrome, osteoarthritis, digestive issues, circulatory problems, fibromyalgia and minor sports injuries.
As a former professional athlete, Mike still enjoys strength training and regularly attends the gym. He also still enjoys the competitive nature of sport and enjoys playing racket sports in his spare time.
