My journey into holistic treatments started well before I was old enough to remember. My grandfather practiced as an Acupuncturist and Homeopath, and my mother taught yoga for many years. However, as a young adult I embarked on a career which led me to long stressful hours, of commuting and initiating change within the corporate IT arena.

Like many of my generation I became ensconsed in a professional world that was led by greed and materialism. Alarm bells began to ring…….I took an opportunity which to this day I do not regret.

After a number of years travelling the corners of the globe I am now married with three wonderful children, two cats and a dog and a longing to learn something new every waking hour. I qualified as a Massage Therapist in 2008 and continued to build on that foundation with the addition of Aromatherapy, Hydrotherm, Indian Head and Deep Tissue. In 2011 I qualified as a Reiki Master.

My time is divided between providing treatments at The Holistic Centre and to cancer patients and carers at The Fountain Centre (NHS Royal Surrey Hostpital) and BMI Mount Alvernia.

The varying environments in which I am privileged to give treatments has helped me gain a wealth of experience. My sessions reflect this. My treatments are not prescriptive, no one session will be the same.

I treat each person as an individual, who’s need will vary from one treatment to the next. I have many strings to my bow and I will use which ever combination of cords, as is needed at any given time, to deliver a tune of harmony and balance.
