Kim has trained up to BWRT® Level 2 but currently working on BWRT® Level 3. In the world of therapy BWRT® is fairly new, however, there are psychiatrists, psychotherapists, psychologists, counsellors and holistic practitioners that use this type of modality with much success. BWRT® is not a talking therapy as such, because it can be undertaken content free and what this means to you is that if you have an issue that you feel uncomfortable or unable to talk about then you do not need to disclose anything. Furthermore, it is an excellent tool to cope with issues safely, easily and quickly.
BWRT® was created by Terence Watts, author and trainer who was inspired by the studies of the Virtual Nobel Prize Winner: Benjamin Libet and started to develop this new form of therapy which is now spreading around the world. BWRT® differs from many other therapies because it can help overcome issues in one or two sessions* The BWRT® technique is not about spending a session talking about the issue but a therapy designed to help you deal with the problem to help you change the way you think about it which can happen in just one or two sessions.
BWRT® is not Hypnosis
It is important to understand that BWRT® is not hypnotherapy. It is completely a logical, practical and down-to- earth therapy which is producing some remarkable results for the people who have undertaken it. BWRT® can only be used by certified practitioner trained by Terence Watts or a BWRT® trainer as described by the official BWRT® websites: Certified BWRT® Practitioners receive thorough training in this modern methodology and are completely conversant with the techniques needed to work effectively with a great number of human problems and difficulties.
