It’s a pleasure to introduce myself. I’m Gemma Stovold, and I look forward to sharing the skills and experience I’ve gained throughout my years working as a Therapist.
My journey in this wonderful field began in 2004, initially training in physical therapies, including Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, and Reiki. In 2017, I expanded my practice by qualifying as a Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist. I am passionate about supporting people on their personal wellness journey, tailoring each session to enhance physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. I love meeting people from all walks of life, and it is both a privilege and a joy to help strengthen confidence, resilience, and overall wellbeing.
The therapies I offer can be highly effective in alleviating stress-related conditions such as headaches and migraines, digestive issues, insomnia, and fatigue, while also helping to restore balance and increase energy levels. I also have considerable experience in Maternity Reflexology, supporting women through fertility journeys, hormone balancing, and pregnancy-related concerns.
For the past seven years, I have worked in schools and colleges – currently Godalming College – supporting many students, including those with ASD and ADHD. This has given me extensive experience and confidence in working with young people. Previously, I spent several years volunteering at The Fountain Centre, part of St Luke’s Cancer Centre, providing therapy for patients undergoing cancer treatment.
Through Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, clients are supported in developing a more positive mindset using a structured, evidence-based approach designed to create lasting change. Sessions include guided relaxation and meditation, helping clients leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more optimistic.
