About Me and How I Work

As an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, I utilise numerous theories and techniques to help you get the most out of your therapeutic experience.

I believe no two clients are the same, so not being bound to a singular approach means that I can adapt to each individual’s needs.

My view is that by increasing our understanding of ourselves; how our present patterns of behaviour and relating came into existence, we can grow and bring about change, which can ultimately empower us and enrich our lives.

Therapy can offer support at times of life’s challenges. These challenges from our past or present can impact our relationships, our personal and professional lives, even us physically. I can offer you a supportive, confidential space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences.

Working Together

I operate my private practice from Surrey Holistic Centre, where I offer face-to-face sessions for young adults and adults (18+). I also offer therapy sessions via Zoom or telephone. These can be open-ended or short-term, depending on your needs.

I offer a free 30-minute consultation, which will be conducted via Zoom or telephone.

If you are interested in working together and feel I could support you, please do get in touch to arrange a free initial consultation.

I have experience working with a variety of issues, such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, lack of confidence, relationship problems, divorce, loss, bereavement, historical family patterns, and stress.

I have also worked for a young people’s charity. Here I provided counselling to children and young adults (11-25). In addition to this, I have volunteered within an NHS setting, where I provided short-term counselling to GP referrals.
