Bhav Thaker – Hypnotherapist & Trainee UKCP Psychotherapist in Surrey
Bhav supports people navigating life transitions, grief, identity and the moments when life no longer feels quite like it used to. Her work is particularly centred around grief in all its forms, loss, changing relationships, shifting family roles and reconnecting with yourself after periods of change.
Sometimes what brings someone to hypnotherapy is anxiety, stress or overwhelm, but there can be a deeper story underneath. Bhav is interested in exploring the beliefs, patterns and experiences that shape how we see ourselves and the lives we create.
Drawing on hypnotherapy and psychotherapy-informed approaches, she offers a warm, curious and collaborative space to make sense of what you’re carrying, reconnect with your own voice and explore what comes next. She is currently studying specialisms in grief coaching, Reiki and Sacred Alchemy, bringing a holistic perspective to her work.
Through The Līlā Room, Bhav’s intention is simple: to walk alongside you through change, helping you understand what has been, reclaim what matters to you, and discover who you are becoming.
