Stress Healing

Stress healing is an in depth programme of 4 x 1 hr sessions.

Each session holds a different focus to help you to work through and resolve the build up of daily stresses and ongoing worries. They help you to identify, explore and release areas of tension and anxiety within a holistic framework. Supporting you to move through the feelings of overwhelm and pressure affecting mind, body and spirit.

When we increase our awareness of stress we can also begin to recognise it’s impact on our daily lives and on our sense of wellbeing. A build up of unresolved stress can eventually diminish the natural flow of life energies, limiting the experience and enjoyment of life.

The Stress Healing programme creates more awareness around stress and helps you to go within.

The sessions move you through a progressive series of guided meditations and includes Crystal Therapy to further balance the energy field. The calming healing energies can also help you to deepen your experience, assisting you to shift the deeper held patterns behind stress.

Some indication of stress include: feeling low or overwhelmed, overly emotional, increased irritability, anxiety, tension, body aches, trouble sleeping.
