Deep Tissue – Deep tissue massage is designed to relieve severe tension in the muscle and the connective tissue or fascia. This type of massage focuses on the muscles located below the surface of the top muscles.

Hot Stone – Hot stone massage is a specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles so the therapist can work more deeply, more quickly.

Swedish -Swedish Massage is used as a treatment to assist in maintaining physical health and well-being.The treatment is tailored to the specific needs of the client. A full body massage lasts for approximately one hour, or a shorter treatment of half an hour can be given for a specialist area, for example the neck, back and shoulders

Shiatsu – Shiatsu helps to relax the muscles fully, stimulate the circulation and the flow of lymphatic fluid, it also works on the nervous and hormonal systems. Shiatsu is a fully clothed massage.

Sports – Localised treatment involving remedial bodywork techniques to relieve pre and post event muscular tension, trauma and injuries. Its objective is to deal with specific problems and injuries, where the practitioner will perform diagnostic tests to determine the problem.

Mayan Abdominal – which can be improved dramatically and in many cases corrected by returning the uterus to its proper and or optimum position.

Balinese -A combination of long strokes, deep tissue, skin rolling & flicking, and stretching, are performed and look to release congestion energy which cause many disturbances in the body such as Migraines, Aching Muscles, Back pain, and Poor blood circulation.

Pregnancy – There are many benefits to having regular massage during pregnancy. Patients have reported it can help many minor ailments experienced during pregnancy such as achy hips, backache and heavy sore legs due to fluid retention.

Seated Acupressure – Acupressure techniques are applied on specific points located in the body which allow for the more efficient flow of ‘chi’ or energy throughout the body.  In addition to direct pressure on acupressure points, rhythmic pressure and stretching techniques are also used.
