Kinesiology

Kinesiology is a way of identifying imbalances in a client by monitoring their response to a gentle muscle test. Each muscle tested relates to an organ in the body and to an energetic pathway called a meridian.

If there is a chemical, structural, emotional or energetic stress in the body the muscle test feels “spongy” to the applied pressure, indicating an imbalance.

When an imbalance is found the Kinesiologist again uses muscle testing to find the factors that will restore balance. These may include nutritional supplements, emotional stress release techniques, flower remedies, acupressure, gentle structural realignment, chakra balancing, gentle touch, firm reflex massage, or suggested lifestyle changes.

The exact treatment depends on the feedback from the client’s body. There is no guess work in Kinesiology, the practioner always follow the muscle response of the client’s body.

Kinesiology can be used for a wide range of symptoms, including identifying food and environmental sensitivities, structural problems, digestive disorders, unresolved injuries. It can be used on anyone including children and babies.
