Integrative Counselling

Integrative counselling is a therapeutic approach that combines various techniques and schools of theory to create a unique and personalised treatment plan for each individual client.

‘One size doesn’t fit all’, so singular approaches may not be suitable for all clients. This type of therapy can integrate elements from humanistic, psychodynamic, cognitive behaviour, and other therapeutic models to best address a client’s specific needs and circumstances.
