Naturopathic Health Coaching

A Naturopathic Health Coach motivates and coaches clients towards achieving their health goals and objectives in life. They might work alongside natural therapists or medical professionals or on their own.

What does a Naturopathic Health Coach do?

The Naturopathic Health Coach has a good understanding of how the body functions, is trained in natural nutrition and fitness and has coaching tools at hand to help a client sort out personal problems and achieve goals in life. The Health Coach knows that one can only be as happy and healthy as one’s harmonious life and working towards goals. Natural nutrition is the foundation of good health as Hippocrates said, “let food be your medicine and medicine be your food”. The German scientist, Dr. Warburg stated that “disease can only exiswhen there is a lack of oxygen”. This is why a Naturopathic Health Coach will always recommend some sort of movement and exercise. The Health Coach educates clients by bringing a better understanding of health, how to maintain it and how to avoid getting sick. After all, the Naturopathic Health Coach believes in the Naturopathic principle that “the body can heal itself given the right condition and treatment”.

Naturopathic Health Coach Consultation.

The Naturopathic Health Coach works usually on a one-to-one basis with clients and creates a personal plan to help reach a client’s health and personal goals. The Coach can also take on clients from natural therapists or medical doctors to coach their clients on suggested programmes. You can often find Health Coaches in the corporate world, giving lectures and workshops. Working with a Health Coach can be transformational to stay on track with aims for better health and well-being.

The first session can take between 1 and 2 hours although follow-ups are shorter. Some Health Coaches work online, others in person. Fees do differ so it’s recommended to find out the fees before the first consultation.
