The Mudra, Meditation and Mindfulness

Claire is a Kundalini Yoga & Meditation practitioner and a qualified Life Coach. Her passion is to support people in finding a sustainable balance of harmony & well being within their otherwise busy lives. Both the ancient practice of Kundalini Yoga, the yoga of awareness and its many Meditations are transformative and the collaboration of LifeStyle Coaching to support a person reach the goals of a positive mindset are equally transitional.

To deepen our understanding of Mindfulness. How it can be experienced through breath work, meditation and mudra. The power of Meditation cuts through the mind waves and in that, a mindful presence is experienced.

Claire will introduce you to various Meditations with Mudra that will introduce you to a state of Mindfulness.
