As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule of Augmented NAC twice daily (2 caps per day in total), ideally 1 before breakfast and 1 before dinner (on an empty stomach), or as directed by your health practitioner. This can be reduced to 1 per day after 3 months. Do not exceed recommended dose. For children, consult a healthcare practitioner and reduce the dosage as per proportion of body weight to adult weight. Do not use for children under 3 years.
Do not take Augmented NAC hypersensitive to NAC or any of the ingredients. If you have asthma or bleeding disorders or recent surgery, check with a doctor as NAC can slow blood clotting.
