2pm – Arrival Get yourself and your mat set up, grab a drink and say hello to your fellow Pilates folk
2:10pm – Breathing workshop Learn how and why we breathe the way we do in Pilates and how that can affect our health and wellbeing off the mat
2:30pm – Magic Circle workshop Explore this piece of Pilates equipment and feel the burn as it adds an extra level of spice to your workout!
3:40pm – Break Vegan snacks and drinks provided or feel free to bring whatever you prefer
4pm – Stretch, self-massage and guided relaxation Enjoy a very slow stretch flow, self-massage techniques with tennis balls, wrapping up with a guided relaxation.
5pm – Goodbyes
