Join Kate for an hour of dynamic flow on Wednesdays at 7pm. This is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where you will flow between poses, connecting breath with movement. Challenges will be provided, but the practice is suitable for everyone as modifications will be given.Kate begins her classes with lively flows to build the heat and energy, and then slows it down later in the class. She aims to work equally on the strength and the stretch, to leave you feeling as though you have worked hard but are also balanced and relaxed.
Working as an English and Drama school teacher, Kate originally turned to yoga for a slice of peace and tranquility in her noisy days! She soon realised the incredible physical and mental benefits and became a yoga addict, completing her training in 2015 and teaching in local studios since then.
